If pizza is what you're after, look no further than this new business. The new addition, called MOD Pizza, is located at 1551 S.W. Wilshire Blvd., Suite 101.
This fast casual franchise has locations nationwide. MOD Pizza offers custom pizzas, salads and more. On the menu, look for the Dominic, with white sauce, asiago, fresh chopped basil, red onion, sliced tomatoes and mild sausage. You can instead create your own from more than 30 ingredients. When doing so, toppings are unlimited and don't raise the price.
With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, MOD Pizza is on its way to developing a local fan base.
Madison H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 29, wrote, "So good, it's like the Chipotle of pizza! They have a menu with a selection of pizza, but you can build your own pizza too. It is the same price either way. Today I ordered the barbecue pizza, which was delicious!"
And Dianne M. wrote, "Really great pizza! Got the MOD pizza and I built my own pizza the way I like it. They don't charge extra for toppings, which is fantastic! Staff was very friendly and fast! Definitely will be back!"
