Urban Scene Pop-Up Art Gallery
First, take in some artwork at the Urban Scene Pop-Up Art Gallery on Tuesday at a newly constructed $2.2 million home. Apps and drinks will be provided by Deep Cuts Dallas, Celestial Beerworks and the Manhattan Project Beer Company. Thirty percent of the art sales benefit the Scottish Rite Hospital, which is a pediatric orthopedic hospital.

Cafe Momentum's Celebrating the Farms Pop-in Pop-up Dinner Featuring Chef Anastacia Quiñones
Next, there's another pop-up event, Celebrating the Farms, in the form of the monthly dinner hosted by Cafe Momentum's on Wednesday. Celebrity guest chef Anastacia Quinones, as well as other top chefs from the area, will prepare a three course meal, featuring Duck Confit with Mole and Butternut squash mole, refried beluga lentils, kale chicharron and served with housemade tortillas. Cafe Momentum is a restaurant and culinary training center.

Movie Night with The Special Needs Partnership
Then, Jewish Family Services is holding Movie Night with a screening of "My Hero Brother" and "The Other Dreamers" on Thursday at Studio Movie Grill Royal.
"My Hero Brother" is an award-winning documentary, "about a group of young people with Down syndrome that embark on a demanding trek through the Himalayan mountains with their brothers and sisters. As the siblings deal with physical and emotional challenges, unresolved conflicts come to surface and heartwarming friendships develop on the journey of a lifetime!" according to the promoter of the event.
Meanwhile, the latter movie, "follows the life of 4 disabled children in a voluntary association, the only place where they feel safe and equal. The Other Dreamers is a story of dreams that come true, of children who fall in love, get hurt, dance, compete and live their lives exactly like their non-disabled peers, just with the addition of a wheelchair."

Krewe de Kidds Mardi Gras Masquerade
The Ritz-Carlton is hosting "Krewe de Kidds Mardi Gras Masquerade" on Saturday. The organizer of the event describes it as a, "Mardi Gras themed event that features a sit-down dinner, open-bar, live music with dancing and the chance to bid on unique items and experiences in both live & silent auctions. But most importantly, the Krewe de Kidds Mardi Gras Masquerade celebrates teenagers battling life-threatening illnesses." The goal is to raise enough money to send 20 teens and their families to the Give Kids the World Villiage in Orlando.

Big Thought Hosts Big Night
Also on Saturday, Big Thought is celebrating 30 years and holding "Big Night" at The Bomb Factory. The event will include a VIP cocktail reception, dinner with local entertainment and an award ceremony followed by an after party concert with Todrick Hall. Big Thought is a non-profit organization that works with partners across the city to provide creative learning programs that enrich the lives of children, according to its website.
