First, Les Mills Sprint is holding a business insights seminar focused on how group cycling programs can grow businesses and what studios can do to attract the millennial market. NCA All-Star National Championship

Then, this weekend support all the competitors at the the National Cheerleaders Association's All-Star National Championship at the Ken Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Watch as teams perform choreographed routines and synchronated dance moves to try to win a championship.

FREE NFL Players Football Clinic & FLEX FOOTBALL Showcase
Don't miss your chance to improve your tackling and football skills from current and former NFL players at the NFL Football Clinic & Flex Football Showcase on Friday at the FORO Sports Club. The curriculum utilizes the methodologies and training programs designed to keep NFL players safe throughout the off-season, widely known throughout the NFL as "Flex." The Yoga Markets
