SKATE-RAISER: A Pop-up Fundraiser On Ice
Learn to ice skate and help diversify the sport at the same time. Coach Joel Savary started the Diversify the Ice Foundation to help underrepresented groups overcome the barriers to entering competitive skating, like lack of funding, mentorship and networks. Join him on Saturday, and you'll get skate rental and lessons and a portion of the ticket price will go to support the Foundation's efforts.

2019 Potomac Chapter USL Hall of Fame

Next, the local chapter of U.S. Lacrosse will induct six new folks to its Hall of Fame. Witness the induction ceremony and enjoy food and beverages with other devotees of the game.

Curling at The Wharf

Finally, bring some friends or make some new ones at this casual curling competition at The Wharf ice rink. Teams of six will play at least three round robin games, with winners advancing for more action. Individuals and smaller groups will be combined to make full teams.
