Great Decisions: Cyber Conflict & Geopolitics

On Wednesday, WorldBoston presents "Cyber Conflict & Geopolitics" at the Boston Public Library. The discussion about the threats posed by cyber warfare will be led by former General Counsel of U.S. Homeland Secuirty Gus Coldebella.

Lessons from a Life in Peace Building

On Thursday, The Consulate General of Ireland, Boston welcomes Rev. Dr. Gary Mason to its "Lunch and Learn" series. Mason, a Methodist minister who directs a conflict transformation organization based in Belfast called "Rethinking Conflict," will share lessons he's learned through his peace-building efforts. A light lunch will be served and seating is limited, so RSVP now.

Advocacy 101 Training 

Finally, the Greater Boston Food Bank has teamed up with Project Bread to enhance its Advocacy 101 trainings. On Saturday, take part in one of these training sessions to learn how to help end hunger through political action. The basics of the legislative process, legislative priorities and the part you can play in influencing legislative action will be addressed.
