Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top pizza outlets, using both Yelp data and our own blend of spices to produce a ranked list of the best places to venture — or to call — on National Pizza Day.
1. Market Tavern
Topping the list is the Market Tavern. Located at 236 Lincoln Center, the New American spot to score pizza and pasta is the highest rated pizza eatery in Stockton, boasting four stars out of 853 reviews on Yelp.
2. Dante's California Style Pizza and Cafe
Creekside - Wagner's Dante's California Style Pizza and Cafe, located at 9305 Thornton Road, Suite H, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Italian spot, which offers pizza and more, four stars out of 369 reviews.
3. Caps Pizza and Tap House
Caps Pizza and Tap House, a pub that offers pizza and more in Anderson, is another much-loved go-to, with 4.5 stars out of 67 Yelp reviews. Head over to 7628 Pacific Ave. to see for yourself.
4. Halal Pizza
Over in Weber Ranch, check out Halal Pizza, which has earned four stars out of 94 reviews on Yelp. You can find the halal spot, which offers fusion pizza and chicken wings, at 1540 E. March Lane, Suite B7.
