1. Baked By Yael

Topping the list is Baked By Yael. Located at 3000 Connecticut Ave. NW (at North Hawthorne Street) in Woodley Park, it's the highest rated spot for bagels in Washington, boasting 4.5 stars out of 133 reviews on Yelp.
2. Bagels Etc.

Next up is Dupont Circle's Bagels Etc., situated at 2122 P St. NW (between North 21st Street and North Twining Court). With four stars out of 413 reviews on Yelp, the casual cafe has proven to be a local favorite for bagel and cream cheese, bagel breakfast sandwiches and more.
3. So's Your Mom

So's Your Mom, located at 1831 Columbia Road NW (between North Biltmore Street and North Mintwood Place) in Adams Morgan, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the cash-only deli four stars out of 295 reviews.
4. West Wing Cafe

West Wing Cafe is another go-to, with four stars out of 204 Yelp reviews. Head over to 1111 Pennsylvania Ave. NW (between North 12th and North 11th streets) to see for yourself.
5. Bagels and Baguettes

Finally, over in Mount Vernon Square, check out Bagels and Baguettes, which has earned four stars out of 166 reviews on Yelp. You can find it at 901 New York Ave. NW
