Finally, unwind and relieve some stress with Happy Goat Yoga: Boyband & Fangirls Edition on Sunday at the Dallas Farmers Market. The event is a chance to relive the 1990s boy and girl band scene – think NSYNC, 98 Degrees, TLC and Destiny's Child – by wearing a favorite vintage concert t-shirt and take a yoga class as 15 friendly goats walk around. Participants are required to bring their own mat and the class is for all levels. Following the class, free coffee and tea is available from 5AM Drip Coffee Roasters.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Here's Your Reminder Project, a non-profit organization that advocates for depression and anxiety.
