The bar offers a limited snack menu alongside hand-crafted cocktails like the Martha Mary Mercy with vodka, lemon, vanilla orgeat, blackberry and egg white; the Panniers and Petticoats with bourbon, fig, cinnamon, vermouth and cardamom bitters; and the Trinidad sour — a medley of rye, lemon, vanilla orgeat and bitters.
