Sprouts Farmers Market expanded Instacart services to more locations in North Carolina a little over a month ago, including stores in Durham and Raleigh, as well as Fayetteville and Charlotte.

What’s selling big? Sprouts is known for its fresh produce, and Research Triangle residents are eating their greens. The most popular items in fresh vegetables are avocados, asparagus, bell peppers, cucumbers, and broccoli.

We’re approaching berry season, and local shoppers are already devouring strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries, four of the top five most popular fruits in the store’s Instacart offerings.

Sprouts also has a large selection of organic products. Locals are digging Annie’s Homegrown Macaroni and Cheese and Santa Cruz Creamy Peanut Butter (for the quick-fix), as well as vegetable and bone broth, pasta sauce, quinoa and rice (so someone’s cooking).

Popular Instacart items with the biggest savings currently include So Delicious vanilla bean coconut milk frozen dessert ($4.99, on sale from $6.49), Westbrae Natural organic garbanzo beans ($1.67, on sale from $2.79), Larabar banana chocolate chip fruit & nut ($0.88, on sale from $1.79), and Cheating Gourmet cilantro lime shrimp rice bowl ($3.99, on sale from $5.99).

Raleigh's Sprouts Farmers Market is located at 9414 Falls of Neuse Rd. Suite 120. But if you're looking for same-day delivery of Sprouts groceries straight to you, check out Instacart's services here.

Additional grocery and retail stores are already offering Instacart delivery in the Raleigh area, including Whole Foods, Costco, Food Lion, ALDI and Lowes Foods.
