Pair any item with a classic cocktail like the Aviation, made of 1220 Origin gin, Luxardo liqueur, Crème de Violette and fresh lime juice. Form Skybar has gotten off to an uneven start thus far, with a three-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.

The rooftop location offers an upscale bespoke experience with spectacular views of the skyline. Classic and clever drinks paired with well portioned small plates consisting of fresh, locally sourced comfort foods did not disappoint."
Yelper James B. added, "I was blown away at how beautiful the building has become. I made my way up to the rooftop and ordered the Smash Burger and a couple of beers. The beers are all locally brewed. The Smash Burger was excellent. The views are pretty cool as well."
Form Skybar is now open at 705 Olive St. from 4 p.m.–midnight Sunday-Thursday and from 4 p.m.–2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, so stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood.
