A new food truck serving Burmese cuisine has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Called Burmese Delight, the new addition is located at 1080 S.E. Madison St. in Buckman.
Burmese Delight serves up appetizers, rice dishes and soups that are made from scratch and feature authentic flavors from the eponymous Burma. The food truck offers pickup, delivery and takeout options.
The new addition has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
R.R. P., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on March 29, wrote, "Finally a great Burmese restaurant in SE! We saw this truck 2 weeks ago and couldn't wait to try, it finally opened and it did not disappoint. We ordered tea leaf salad, beef curry and Shan noodle, all were very good."
