A new cryotherapy spa has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Cryo Glow, the new addition is located at 15622 Ventura Blvd. in Encino.
This spa offers cold temperature treatments (up to -225F ) in order to help the body regenerate cells, reduce inflammation and recover from injury.
Clients can choose from a whole body cryotherapy session, just a facial or opt to localize therapy on any part of the body to alleviate pain. The spa even offers a few heat-based treatments, like an infrared sauna and a LightStim facial. Cryo Glow offers a membership program for clients interested in regular therapy.
