A new rooftop bar with views of downtown has made its debut in Tampa Heights. Called M. Bird, the newcomer is located at 1903 Market St. at Armature Works.

I highly recommend the cocktail called I Left My Wallet at La Segunda, which has quite a unique cracker garnishment."
