A new rooftop cocktail lounge has made its debut in the neighborhood. Called The Fleur Room, the newcomer is located inside Moxy Hotel at 105 W. 28th St. in Chelsea.
The Instagram-friendly new space features a fanciful, floral interior, with a giant disco ball to tie the room together. It offers a selection of bar snacks and signature cocktails, like the Pretty in Pink (gin, St. Germain, pink peppercorn and bitters) and the Infinite Zest (bourbon, vodka, lemon, ginger).
The Fleur Room has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a four-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
Valerie C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 3, wrote, "Tallest rooftop bar in NYC! Views are sick, and the drinks are standard rooftop pricing ($16-$20). You enter through the Moxy Chelsea, up the stairs and to the elevator that takes you straight up to the 35th floor."
