"A Celtic Sojourn" Live Broadcast

On Saturday, Brian O'Donovan will broadcast "A Celtic Sojourn" live from the WGBH Studios at the Boston Public Library. The show will feature live and recorded Celtic music. Seating is very limited, so RSVP soon. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Newsfeed Cafe.

The "Breaking Ground" Gospel Showcase

Another event on Saturday: The BeanHouse Production team hosts their very first gospel showcase, "Breaking Ground." The concert will feature up and coming gospel artists in the Boston area.

Curtain Up: Original Musical Theater Songs

Tomorrow night, take in a performance featuring a17-piece band and the winners of  the Curtain Up Musical Theater Songwriting Contest. The show spotlights new, original musical theater songs written, orchestrated and performed by Berklee students and alumni.

Are You Listening? 20th-Century Masters

On Wednesday, take in a session of "Are You Listening," hosted by the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The sessions focus on 20-century composers, such as  Stravinsky and Shostakovich, and include recorded musical examples for analysis.

Weekend Concert Series: Xavier Foley Double Bass

Finally, on Sunday, catch bassist Xavier Foley at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Foley is the winner of a 2018 Avery Fisher Career Grant and is a resident artist of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center's CMS Two.
