The cheapest flights between San Antonio and Charleston are if you leave on June 15 and return from South Carolina on June 18. Delta currently has roundtrip, nonstop tickets for $342.

There are also deals to be had in July. If you fly out of San Antonio on July 15 and return from Charleston on July 18, American Airlines can get you there and back for $354 roundtrip.
