The cheapest flights between Jacksonville and Virginia Beach are if you leave on May 30 and return from Virginia on June 2. Allegiant Air currently has roundtrip, nonstop tickets for $210.

There are also deals to be had earlier in May. If you fly out of Jacksonville on May 23 and return from Virginia Beach on May 27, Allegiant Air can get you there and back for $285 roundtrip.
