Girls in GIS is a community of women and girls in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that come together through donation-based training events which are hosted, instructed and attended only by females. It's our time to come together and take over the mats. Women and girls of all ages and skill levels are welcome to attend from any academy affiliation.

Swamp Battle Obstacle Course Race

Are you ready to battle the swamp? Join us at Hillcrest Baptist Church and test your abilities. There are two exciting ways to run the three-mile, 30-obstacle race — test your skills and run the course solo, or amp up the fun and bring your team to the challenge. Both competitive and fun waves are available throughout the day.

Yoga with the Tigers at Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary

Black Cat Yoga Studio will be guiding a 60-minute accessible yoga experience on location at Catty Shack Ranch in a large open field located near the majestic large cats who call this sanctuary home. Immediately following the yoga, we will be given a private guided tour by the volunteers of the facility where you will be given an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the animals and their organization.
