Sable, Labrador retriever and pit bull terrier mix

Sable is a sweet female Labrador retriever and pit bull terrier puppy currently housed at Pet Rescue North Inc. She has all of her shots.

Here's what Sable's friends at Pet Rescue North Inc. think of her:

Found abandoned, emaciated with patches of hair/skin gone and horrible bug bites. With the help of family and friends buying her good food, clean water and lots of love she is a beautiful thriving puppy again. She has had a dewormer and a 5-in-1, for which she needs the booster as of this week. Super fast learner. With treat training she knows: sit, come, her name, give me paw. Working on stay. Loves to play fetch with a water bottle, her toy or a stick. Very gentle, loving and loyal. She has a bit of a stubborn streak already, but it's cute and sassy at the same time. She deserves a good, safe and loving home.

Itty Bitty, shepherd and boxer mix

Itty Bitty is a female shepherd and boxer puppy in the care of Pet Rescue North Inc. She already has all of her shots.

From Itty Bitty's current caretaker:

Itty Bitty, her brother and sister were being sold on an "Offer Up" site and were very young and sickly. A nice lady bought them all and delivered them to rescue for care. We got them and cared for all of their needs. These pups will be up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Rescue pays to have them spayed and neutered at one of our veterinarians. Itty Bitty was only  two pounds and 4-5 weeks old when we got her. She was born in early March. She is now 7 weeks old and weighs a good 5 pounds. We are told she is part German Shepherd and part Bulldog. Her growth is way behind for either of these breeds though and she will have a lot of catching up to even be a medium size pet. She is a strappy little pup though. Her favorite thing is to be rocked to sleep.

Bubba Joe, Patterdale terrier and Labrador retriever mix

Bubba Joe is a male Patterdale terrier and Labrador retriever puppy staying at Pet Rescue North Inc. He has all his shots.

From Bubba Joe's current caretaker:

Bubba Jo was born the early part of March and is now 6-7 weeks old. He is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and will be neutered and given a rabies vaccine when he is 12 weeks old by one of our vets. You can take this little easy going fellow home at 8 weeks of age. He is very humble and non-imposing. We believe he is a patterdale terrier/lab mix. He will probably be a medium sized pet as he is a relatively small pup with medium length fur. He would make the best family pet and companion.

Cherry, shepherd and boxer mix

Cherry is a charming female shepherd and boxer puppy in the care of Pet Rescue North Inc. She is vaccinated.

Here's what Cherry's friends at Pet Rescue North Inc. think of her:

This little 7 pound German shepherd/boxer is already 7 weeks old and got a rough start on live, but she is a survivor. She was being offered up for sale at 4 to 5 weeks of age. A nice lady bought them and gave them to rescue as she saw they had medical needs and were malnourished. Well, they have flourished and are doing great. Cherry is a feisty little girl and loves attention. She would make a good pet for an older boy or girl who has time and energy for a pup.

Hercules, pit bull terrier and Australian cattle dog mix

Hercules is a male pit bull terrier and Australian cattle dog puppy being cared for at Pet Rescue North Inc. His vaccinations are up to date.

Notes from Hercules' caretakers:

This little fellow was born the first week in January and will be ready to go home soon. Mom is a sweet 35-40 pound blue pit mix and is as lovable as they come. Two of the puppies have ticking coloration like that of a heeler and mom is the size of a heeler. These puppies should be super smart and are already well socialized.

Freska, bull terrier and border collie mix

Freska is a darling female bull terrier and border collie puppy in the care of Pet Rescue North Inc. Her vaccinations are already up to date.

From Freska's current caretaker:

Freska was taken from her mom at about four weeks. The young lady who took her started no positive training that a puppy should have. She was losing her place to live, so Freska was turned into PRN. Freska is energetic, loving and a sweet little love. Freska would benefit from some puppy classes to train her to listen. Not sure how she would be with cats since she thinks everything is a game. She is a little food possessive. She needs someone who will enjoy playing puppy games and showing her how to be a nice little lady. She snuggles and gives kisses. She probably would do good with another dog to play with and keep her occupied. She might be bored if she is alone.
