We took a data-driven look at the question, using Yelp to uncover which local businesses have been getting outsized notice this month.
To find out who made the list, we looked at Denver businesses on Yelp by category and counted how many reviews each received. Rather than compare them based on number of reviews alone, we calculated a percentage increase in reviews over the past month, and tracked businesses that consistently increase their volume of reviews to identify statistically significant outliers compared to past performance.

Open since December, this traditional American and breakfast and brunch spot, which offers burgers and more, is trending compared to other businesses categorized as "American (Traditional)" on Yelp.
Citywide, traditional American spots saw a median 1.7 percent increase in new reviews over the past month, but Devour The 303 saw a 35.7 percent increase, maintaining a convincing four-star rating throughout. Moreover, on a month-to-month basis Devour The 303's review count increased by more than 170 percent.
Located at 1135 E. Evans Ave. in Platt Park, Devour The 303 offers delicious brunch items to a variety of burgers. It also has a happy hour menu and craft cocktail menu.
Leven Deli Co

Whether or not you've been hearing buzz about Civic Center's Leven Deli Co, the deli, which offers sandwiches, coffee and tea and more, is a hot topic according to Yelp review data.
While businesses categorized as "Sandwiches" on Yelp saw a median 2.4 percent increase in new reviews over the past month, Leven Deli Co bagged a 10.6 percent increase in new reviews within that timeframe, maintaining a superior 4.5-star rating.

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery offers a wide array of American breakfast classics from egg scrambles to omelettes to lunch sandwiches piled high with meat. Over the past month, it's maintained a strong 4.5-star rating among Yelpers.
