Doughnut fans, take heed: Voodoo Doughnut has added a new location at 98 S. Broadway in Speer. It's the second Denver location for the Portland-based doughnut shop.
Voodoo Doughnut, which has outposts in Oregon, Colorado and Texas, serves more than 50 different cake and raised yeast doughnuts in a fun, casual atmosphere. To fill up one of Voodoo Doughnut's signature pink to-go boxes, consider classics like blueberry cake, glazed old fashioned, chocolate ring and powdered sugar doughnuts, and specialty doughnuts like apple fritters the Bacon Maple Bar, the Portland Creme and the Voodoo Doll. Custom doughnuts can be created upon request.
The new locale has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
Chris H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 22, wrote, "We both ordered variations of maple doughnuts (they have a few) and were very pleased with how they turned out. They have a crazy assortment of unique doughnuts that pretty much all looked amazing, so I'll be back there often."
Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Voodoo Doughnut is open 24 hours a day.
