Trattoria Salve offers pizza, paninis, pasta dishes, seafood and chicken, lamb, pork and steak. Diners can choose the branzino arrosto (pan roasted Mediterranean sea bass, salsa verde, Liqurian olives, with spinach and cherry tomato risotto) or opt for the tagliatelle di funghi (sauteed Porcini and organic seasonal mushrooms in a white truffle cream sauce).
