Beemo is a male Rhodesian ridgeback mix being cared for at Throw a Dog a Bone Dog Rescue.

Beemo is the life of the party, and he loves other dogs. He's mastered his house-training etiquette. His vaccinations are already up to date, and he's neutered.

Beemo is about 1 year old and weighs 55 pounds. He is a big sweet boy who loves to play and go for walks. The day we rescued Beemo, he was scheduled to be euthanized. Luckily, we found him a foster home in time, and now we hope to find him a forever home. He loves other dogs and being with people.

Patty is a sweet girl who likes to quietly follow her human around the house. She’s a 4-year-old Pomeranian mix and weighs 10 pounds. She’s on the quiet side and does well with dogs and cats. She warms up quickly, and her personality starts to shine once she knows you. So far, she’s just a very easygoing dog! We love her.

Milo is a darling male German shepherd and husky mix currently housed at Wags, Hope and Healing.

Milo loves other dogs. His ideal forever home would be a cat-free environment. Wags, Hope and Healing, however, thinks he will do best in a home without small children. No need to worry: He's already house-trained. He already has all of his shots, and he's neutered. Milo is a special needs pet, so please inquire about his specific care requirements.

He is estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old, but he is all puppy at heart. Milo was found with a serious wound and infection on his leg and had to have surgery to remove the leg. Happily, Milo’s recovery has been smooth, and he is getting along just fine on three legs. Milo is a pleaser and loves to learn, play with toys and get belly rubs. We use puzzle toys and lots of exercise to keep his mind occupied. We have learned a lot about Milo and understand that his introduction process with other dogs needs to be done slowly and patiently. Our team is there to guide his future forever family through the process and ensure that he gets off to a perfect start.

River is a female Labrador retriever dog staying at Homeward Bound Dog Rescue.

River loves other dogs. She's already house-trained and has been vaccinated and spayed. Due to a heartworm infection, she has some special needs that need to be met to keep her healthy.

Meet our beautiful River! She is a two-year-old Labrador Retriever and weighs 77 pounds. River is a highly intelligent and loving dog who lives to please! She enjoys playtime with her foster brothers and sisters, splashing in her wading pool and walks around the neighborhood. Her prospective owner ideally would include River in a similar active lifestyle. Her Labrador personality makes her super outgoing and friendly! Because of her large size, River is best suited for a home with older children.

Harper is a 6-month-old hound mix and weighs 25 pounds. Harper ended up with us after she was picked up as a stray in a rural Texas town and taken to another shelter. We found her a foster home where she has shown us that she is an amazing girl. She is a calm, smart and playful. She loves to be around other dogs but also does wonderfully with children.
