A new Chinese, Japanese and bubble-tea spot has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Ollie's To Go, the fresh arrival is located at 307 E. 77th St. in the Upper East Side.
This is the first East Side location of the regional chain of Chinese restaurants, which also has locations in Hell's Kitchen, the Upper West Side and Flushing. The eatery serves up a menu of Asian favorites for dine-in, takeaway or delivery. Expect classics like moo shu pork, Peking duck, dim sum, dumplings and noodle dishes, as well as Sichuan specialties like hot and spicy chicken. There's also a sushi bar, offering a full selection of rolls and sashimi.
With a 3.5-star rating out of 14 reviews on Yelp so far, the new addition has gotten a decent response.
James K., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 8, wrote, "Safe to say, I've found my new go-to Chinese takeout/delivery spot."
Yelper Tom W. added, "Definitely worth adding to your local takeout/delivery options in UES! "
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Ollie's To Go is open from 11:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m. daily.
