GEM Norfolk, in collaboration with the City of Norfolk and the Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority, will have the pleasure of serving kindness to residents in the surrounding area for the 10th year straight! In the spirit of celebrating our mission of outreach, our location has changed and this year’s theme is “Reaching!" The goal is to ensure that every resident is aware of the resources and services that our City has to offer to aid in a healthy and successful lifestyle (mentally, spiritually and physically) and to provide a day of encouragement to the community. Similar to last year, one can expect to explore over 25 vendor tables, music, kids activities, raffles, refreshments and a display of City vehicles.
