Please join us for 'Holy Smokes!' benefiting the Heart Ministry Center. Your donation will allow the Heart Ministry Center to help approximately 25 people on each day you sponsor our food pantry, medical and dental clinics, Fresh Start Job Placement Program and other case management programs. Contributions will be recognized all year long on the Wall of Fame calendar displayed at the Heart Ministry Center.

Free Community Event: Omaha United For Youth Fourth Annual Back To School Bash

Last Year, over 2,000 youth joined Omaha United For Youth (OUFY) at its third-annual back-to-school bash, and it's happening again Sunday August 11. OUFY is giving away free backpacks filled with school supplies, clothes, shoes, health care products, haircuts (donated services by some of Omaha's best barbers), braided hair styles (donated services by some of Omaha's best stylists) and more for free. This back to school bash also includes, free food and family games.

Smoke Out SMA For Presley

Presley Mae O'Doherty is a bright, beautiful, funny little girl who is bravely fighting SMA, a very rare, recessive condition that effects the lower brain stem which results in severe and progressive muscular atrophy. Presley's medical expenses are absolutely astronomical so this event is to help curb some of those costs. All funds will go directly to the family.
