Park in the school parking lot or on Woodlawn, leave nothing visible or valuable in your car, wear bright, visible clothing, good walking shoes, and bring water, flashlight, snacks, camera and good cheer. At 7 p.m. we'll begin walking through Manoa neighborhoods as the sun sets — about 3.6 miles or 1 1/4 hours total walking time, with some hills, on paved roadways/sidewalks and some grassy sidewalks — and stop at the UH lower campus parking structure to watch the moonrise at 8:11pm.
