A new cocktail bar has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called The Automatic Bar, the new addition is located at 3652 S.E. Division St. in Richmond.
The Automatic Bar serves up craft cocktails, like the Cast No Stones, with pineapple rum, lime and root beer syrup, and the It Ain't Me Babe with gin, vanilla syrup, soda and lemon. The spot also offers a caprese panini, beef skewers and a housemade chex mix.
With a five-star rating out of one review on Yelp so far, The Automatic Bar has been warmly received, but it's still early days.
Yelper Chad M. wrote, “Quiet but still lively. Service has always been consistent, as have the drinks and food. The satay skewers and beef skewers are the perfect portion for small plates. Fries are big enough to share. If you like egg white cocktails try the Brilliant Disguise.”
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: The Automatic Bar is open from 3 p.m.–midnight on Monday-Wednesday, 3 p.m.–1 a.m. on Thursday and Friday, noon–1 a.m. on Saturday and noon–midnight on Sunday.
