Co-founder Sang Mi, who hails from a village outside Cheonon, aims to share the traditional flavors reminiscent of her childhood, according to the business' website.
Seoulju Korean Kitchen & Bar offers appetizers, entrees, soups and rice plates. Menu items range from Korean fried chicken to bulgogi kimchi waffle fries to stir-fried octopus and pork belly. While you're at it, enjoy some soju, South Korea's national drink, and karaoke.
