A new spot to score bubble tea, juices and smoothies has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Located at 3740 Iowa Ave., Suite 103 in University, the fresh addition is called Sharetea.

Sharetea provides an assortment of fruit and milk teas, as well as fresh milk, brewed tea and blended ice teas. Customers can try the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly, the taro pearl milk tea or the ginger tea.

With a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer has already made a good impression.

Michael F., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Sept. 14, wrote, "We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The menu is pretty simple. They only have drinks and no food. We ordered the taro milk tea and blended version. They were great. They even offered the option to reduce the sweetness, which is a cool option if you're not into the sweet flavors of tea."

And Elizabeth L. wrote, "I got my usual milk tea with boba, mini boba, pudding, aloe, red bean and herb jelly. The boba here is honey boba, not too sweet but not bland and flavorless like typical doughnut shop 'boba.'"

Sharetea is now open at 3740 Iowa Ave., Suite 103., so stop in to try it for yourself.
