Join us for a discussion about the menstrual cycle with Carrie McCann, a wellness expert and yoga instructor. Together, we'll explore the four phases of our menstrual cycle. We'll learn how to lean into our hormones with meditation, movement and diet and find balance along the way. Refreshments and light fare will be served. Guests will also receive a gift bag of fun treats, including all-purpose balm, bar soap and chocolate bar.
