We are back again! Calling all ladies ages 18 and up! Voices in Action is an empowerment-based self-defense class. Join us to learn about self-awareness, effective observation of your surroundings, and tactics to defend yourself from attackers. Instead of just physically fighting, you will learn how to speak up, use your surroundings to protect yourself and know how to notice your emotions to use for your advantage.
