The new space features an open kitchen, an outdoor terrace with a retractable roof, a private dining room that seats 26 and a main dining room with a 26-foot, triple-height ceiling.
The menu at Cathédrale Restaurant features French Mediterranean dishes inspired by the coastal cuisine of Southern France. Expect hor d'oeuvres like oysters and tuna crudo; appetizers like grilled artichokes, roasted calamari and tomato and onion tart; meat and seafood entrees like steak frites and bouillabaisse; and desserts like apple beignets and warm chocolate torte. The drink list includes 10 cocktails and a selection of wines by the glass.
Cathédrale Restaurant has made a good impression thus far, with a four-star rating out of 30 reviews on Yelp.
