Now open at 1165 S. Broadway, Suite 104 in Overland is Somebody People, a wine bar, cocktail bar and vegan spot.

This spot's owner Sam Maher called the vegan Mediterraean eatery "Palm Springs Meets Miami in the 1980s," according to Denver Eater. On the menu, expect to find rigatoni with almond pesto and grilled oyster mushrooms. On the dessert list, look for a gluten-free brownie. 

Fitwall

New to 421 E. Bayaud Ave. in Speer is Fitwall, a boot camp and cardio class and personal training spot.

This is the fitness studio's second Denver location, according to Business Den.  Its first location debuted in LoHi in 2016. This spot offers 40-minute fitness classes aimed at building strength, cardio and flexibility. 

Manicured

Axe Whooping

A new addition to Baker, Axe Whooping is an axe-throwing spot that's located at 437 N. Broadway.

This spot boasts a "rage room," a space where customers can smash and shatter various items, a movement that originated in Japan more than a decade ago. Guided axe-throwing sessions are also available, according to its website.
