A new grocery store has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 2749 California Ave. SW in West Seattle, the fresh arrival is called PCC Community Markets.
The store is part of a chain of community-owned food markets with 13 locations in the Pacific Northwest. The co-op offers organic produce, meat, seafood, dairy and cheese sourced from regional farms and vendors. The store also has pantry staples, a bulk food department and also offers cooking classes.
With a four-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, PCC Community Markets is on its way to developing a local fan base.
