Looking to chow down on some vegan fare? A new spot has you covered. Called Somebody People, the fresh addition is located at 1165 S. Broadway, Suite 104, in Overland.

On the menu, expect to see items like grilled oyster mushrooms, pasta topped with almond pesto and carrot bolognese. On the dessert list, look for gluten-free brownies.

The new wine bar has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Trevor C. wrote, “Surprisingly quaint and thoughtful. We began with almond Skordalia, which was super creamy and pure nutty deliciousness. The marinated peppers were not the shining star, but the almonds made them pop. The grilled oyster mushrooms were fantastic. Their smoky flavor and satisfying texture and appearance left us wanting more."

And Tim G. added, "No fake burgers or vegan comfort food here. Instead, it's all fresh delicious seasonal food. We tried the five-course dinner and everything was tasty. They also offer several vegan wines."
