Beyond open gym time, Mount Vernon Athletic Club offers towel service, so you have one less thing to remember at the end of the day.

Open hours means you can take advantage of any equipment, facilities or weights on site. First-time visitors take note: you’ll need to fill out a guest/liability waiver before entering the facility.

The gym’s open hours run through 11 p.m. during the week. ClassPass data shows the late-night timeslots aren’t usually crowded. You can book on the ClassPass site, and see more on Twitter and Facebook.

Booking a Gym Pass session gives you access to Sport & Health’s gym amenities for as little or as long as you like.

The gym’s goal is “to deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time,” it writes on ClassPass. “You’ll find something you love that keeps you coming back for more.”

First-timers should bring a photo ID. The gym offers lockers, but you’ll need to supply your own lock.

Hours run through 11 p.m. At that time of day, ClassPass data show, you’re not likely to run into a crowd. Visit the ClassPass page to browse the schedule and sign up, and check out the gym on Twitter and Facebook.
