Sioux is the life of the party — she's happy to keep company with other dogs. She has mastered her house-training etiquette. She's already spayed, and she has had all her shots.

Notes from Sioux's caretakers:

Sioux is a precious American Staffordshire Terrier young lady! She was found with 7 newborn puppies in tow in Odessa, Texas and brought to a high kill shelter. We pulled her immediately so that she and her puppies could get the nutrition they needed. Sioux and her babies are ready to find their forever home... and you can't go wrong with Sioux! She is a very strong girl with not the best in leash manners. She just wants to enjoy life and get to it as quickly as possible! She knows sit and shake. She is good with other dogs with proper intros possibly good with dog savvy cats and is great with children.

More about Coco:

So, you’ve heard of CoCo Chanel right? Well, that’s not me, but I am just as wonderful as she was, and I guarantee you that I will leave a legacy! I am 3.5 years old, and I have had quite the journey of love, tragedy, and triumph in just a short amount of time; sort of like my human idol, Ms. Chanel. I was with the most amazing family, and I was living the good life. Then, there was the accident. I ended up getting hit by a car. My family was devastated to say the least. I ended up with a spinal injury that caused my whole back end to become paralyzed, and I had a lot of pelvic fractures. This was a cost that they couldn’t afford, and the only option left was to euthanize me. No other rescues wanted to take my case on because it was so expensive. As I was sitting with my family getting ready to say goodbye, the Dr. came in and told me a rescue had said yes to saving my life and helping me get better! Despite having all these issues with the accident and being in recovery, I do great while being in my crate, and I go potty outside! Diva’s don’t throw fits, and they always act like a lady. While I can be a diva and act like a lady, I am super goofy and playful, and I love to snuggle and just love on people.

Notes from Liberty's caretakers:

Beautiful girl Liberty is looking for her forever home! Do you have a squirrel problem? The Answer is Liberty! This beautiful lady does not act her age. She needs a fenced yard that she can make sure there are no critters in the yard, if so she will chase them. This sweet lady always wants to be where the action is, but is okay snuggling on the couch to watch a movie. Liberty loves to go for walks, currently walks about 1.5 miles at least 5 times a week. She is currently on some joint supplements, they make a huge difference in her ability to get around.

Payaso, Jack Russell terrier and pit bull terrier mix

Payaso is an adorable male Jack Russell terrier and pit bull terrier mix currently residing at Pet Haven Inc. of Minnesota.

Payaso loves other dogs. His ideal forever home would be a cat-free environment. Payaso is looking for a home without small children. Payaso is neutered and vaccinated. No need to worry: He is already house-trained.

More about Payaso:

Hey world, I'm Payaso! I'm a 3-year-old active dude looking for a great home here in MN. I am always excited to see my humans - all 29-pounds of me wiggles because I am just so happy when I get to hang out with them. Because I love my humans so much, I am territorial of them when other humans come around and it takes me a long time to feel comfortable with new people. Specifically, I don't like it when people I don't know very well touch me. I also do not like it when people or other animals try to take things that I have, like toys or food. I love going on daily walks and runs around my neighborhood. I also like playtime, but I mean hey, who doesn't? Fetch and tug-of-war are on my top five favorite things to do which is why I am territorial with my toys. They are just so awesome! My fosters are helping me learn that it is okay to share, but because I am still working on this, I shouldn't be in a home with children.
