A new spot to score acai bowls, juices, smoothies and more has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Bowls N Brews, it's at 1030 Torrey Pines Road in La Jolla.
This is the second location for the brand, with the original in Santee. Bowls N Brews offers three signature acai bowls, as well as a build-you-own option. Its menu also features hot and cold coffees, blended frappuccinos or boba and a few "munchies" items, including avocado and waffle toast.
The fresh addition is off to a strong start, with a 4.5-star rating out of two Yelp reviews.
Yelper Robert B. wrote, "Delicious açaí bowl and keto iced coffee. This place is top-notch and really pays attention to the quality of its ingredients. They even have coffee ice cubes for your iced coffee. Nice patio seating, too."
