Topping the list is Maha's Falafil. Located at 1979 W. 25th St. in Ohio City, the Middle Eastern spot is the highest-rated affordable falafel spot in Cleveland, boasting 4.5 stars out of 59 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Tony M., who reviewed Maha's Falafil on October 30, shared, "I found this place and keep coming back. There are other choices close by but none compare. Falafil wraps, burgers, chicken quesadillas, gyros, and much more. Don't take my word. Try it for yourself and you'll agree.

Yelper Kate S. added, "Maha's fully loaded falafel wrap is the way to go! Falafel + hummus + tomato + onion + lettuce + pickled turnip + pita + FRIES INSIDE + add hot sauce = SO GOOD!"

Next up is Detroit Shoreway's Frank's Falafel House, situated at 1823 W. 65th St. With four stars out of 61 reviews on Yelp, the Middle Eastern spot has proven to be a local favorite for those looking for a cheap option. Falafel wraps, hummus plates and Greek salads are all on offer, as well as gyros, chicken shawarma and falafel platters.

Yelper Mea M., who reviewed Frank's Falafel House on June 25, wrote, "We had fried fish, a shawarma combo, falafel, a big salad, etc. The portions were generous, and the place was super clean. It was just great."

Olwen C. noted, "We usually get the Frank's special Mediterranean platter for two. It comes with some shawarma in-pita, falafel, grape leaves and your choice of hummus/baba and tabouli/fattoush. Everything is good and fresh. The garlic sauce and the tzatziki sauce are the highlights of the meal."

3. Sittoo's Pita & Salads

Downtown Cleveland's Sittoo's Pita & Salads, located at 1625 Euclid Ave., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the cheap Lebanese spot 4.5 stars out of 13 reviews. Try the vegetarian falafel sandwich with a tahini lemon dressing, or opt for the falafel salad with feta cheese, olives, tomato and cucumber.

Yelper Rita O., who reviewed Sittoo's Pita & Salads on Sept. 26, wrote, "I love this place. The falafel is so authentic. I also really enjoy the mujaddara, the fattoush and the kunafeh for dessert. I always add a few bags of pita bread, which is always fresh."

Jenna J. noted, "I ended up getting the sampler plate with falafel. I was hoping to get more than just two falafel, but it was still very good and under $10 for a large amount of food and a piece of baklava."
