Looking for a new department store to score furniture, electronics, clothing and more? There's a new Target outpost in town, located in Albany Commons at 6030 N. Hamilton Road. With three stars out of four reviews on Yelp, the retail store is still finding its footing.

At Target, expect to find clothing and footwear for men, women and children; furniture, kitchen and dining items; toys, electronics, patio and garden finds and beauty products. There is also a pharmacy, fresh produce and dry goods grocery items. 

It's open for shopping from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday.

New to 5720 N. Hamilton Road in Preserve North is Swensons Drive-In, a fast food and traditional American spot, offering burgers and more. With a four-star Yelp rating out of four reviews, Swensons Drive-In is off to a positive start with locals.

On the menu, you'll find comfort fast food such as burgers, sandwiches, soups, fried chicken, shrimp and fish meals, salads and dessert options. Last but not least, new to 440 W. Broad St. in Franklinton is Taft's Brewpourium Columbus, a brewery offering pizza and more. With a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, the business' third location in Ohio is a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Taft's Brewpourium is an award-winning brewery that was established in 2015. It serves seasonal beers, including Nellie's Winter Ale, which is an American wheat ale, and year-round brew like the Gavel Banger, an American IPA.
