The cheapest flights between Las Vegas and Vancouver are if you leave on Nov. 29 and return from Canada on Dec. 3. KLM currently has tickets for $230, roundtrip.

There are also deals to be had earlier in November. If you fly out of Las Vegas on Nov. 28 and return from Vancouver on Nov. 30, KLM can get you there and back for $246 roundtrip.
