A new brewery has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Aslan Brewing Seattle, the new arrival is located at 401 N. 36th St., Suite 102 in Fremont.
According to the business's Facebook page, "Aslan Brewing Seattle is a 21+ taproom located in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood, serving 100% certified organic beer. The space features 10 different beers on draft, to-go beer, cider and natural wine."
For food, the brewery serves up Salumi sandwiches while supplies last. There's also a daily happy hour from 4-6 p.m.
With a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh addition has been warmly received by patrons.
Stephanie S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 30, wrote, "The beers were excellent. I had the Frances Farmer. It was a farmhouse style beer, not too sour. It was delicious. I will definitely be back to try some more beers and I would highly recommend a stop by."
Yelper Rob F. added, “The beer selection is a little bit of everything, from IPA to Saisons to Sours. It's not a place that specializes in one particular area like lagers only. I'd recommend this place if you want a dog friendly area and some easy drinking beers."
Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Aslan Brewing Seattle is open from 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 11 a.m.–midnight on Friday and Saturday.
