Night Music is the latest from vegan restaurateur Ravi DeRossi, who repurposed the space of his now-shuttered Fire and Water for this new venture.
The "exotic vegetable bar," as the new spot bills itself on its website, serves wine, beer and a selection of craft cocktails, including punches by the glass and by the bowl. Meanwhile, the kitchen offers a menu of plant-based small plates and bar bites with Indian and fusion flavors. Check out the turmeric crepe with sweet and sour sauce, the vindaloo maitake buns, the kale and onion fritter with raita and the eggplant lasagna with tomato coconut curry. With a 3.5-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp, Night music is finding its way, but it's still early days.
