Whiskey, Plott hound and shepherd mix
Whiskey is a male Plott hound and shepherd puppy being kept at Dog Gone Seattle.
Whiskey plays well with others, and he's happy to keep company with other dogs. He's already house-trained. He has been vaccinated.
From Whiskey's current caretaker:
Whiskey is a handsome, fun-loving six-month-old, 39-pound male Shepherd Hound mix who was just rescued from the Harris County Animal Shelter, where he was kenneled with other dogs. He loves jumping and chasing anything that moves, and he already has a favorite spot in the house. He has a lot of energy and does some jumping up, so he'll do best with no young children — and he'd love a backyard.

Cookie, Staffordshire bull terrier
Cookie is a female Staffordshire bull terrier puppy being kept at Dog Gone Seattle.
Cookie is the life of the party — she loves other dogs. Cookie has been vaccinated.
Notes from Cookie's caretakers:
Cookie is a Staffy mix who was picked up as a stray and brought to San Bernadino city shelter, "extremely malnourished." Our volunteer transporter says she is a little shy (prefers to be carried versus walking on leash) but very sweet, and will benefit from a dog buddy to show her the ropes. She loves snuggles and treats, and we're currently working on leash manners and potty training.
