Regal is a sanctuary dog. He was born with malformed hip sockets and required an expensive double hip replacement. In total, Regal has had seven surgeries so far. Despite all this, Regal runs and jumps and plays tug-of-war, and he is, without a doubt, “The Happiest Dog in the World," which he proves by giving everyone plenty of kisses and always having a smile on his face. He is obsessed with playing fetch, and despite his limitations, he makes some very impressive jumps and flips in the air.
