Bagel fans, take heed: there's a new spot in town to get your fix. Located at 3945 Lancaster Ave. in Mantua, the new arrival is called Bart's Bagels.
Choose between a variety of bagels, including plain, everything, poppy, sesame and cinnamon raisin. Opt for one of the spot's schmears, like scallion, horseradish or veggie. The menu also features sandwiches. Try the turkey bacon, egg and cheddar, or the tuna salad with lettuce, tomato and onion.
The new addition has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp.
Mark B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 10, wrote, "I got a pastrami salmon sandwich on an onion bagel. It's topped with a delicious scallion cream cheese and thinly sliced cucumbers. Cool and refreshingly tasty."
Yelper Benjamin E. added, “It's a very comfortable and inviting classic bagel spot. I had the chicken salad BLT on an everything bagel. Every ingredient was super fresh and well made. The pepper relish really set it apart."
Head on over to check it out: Bart's Bagels is open from 7 a.m.–2 p.m. on Wednesday-Sunday. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)
