A new location of Asian fusion spot Le Sia has opened up shop in the neighborhood. The newcomer to Hell's Kitchen can be found at 651 Ninth Ave.
Le Sia debuted in the East Village in early 2018, offering a menu focused on Cajun-Chinese seafood boils. This new outpost, the restaurant's second, offers build-your-own boils, with choice of seafood, seasoning, spice level and extras like corn, fish cakes, mini sausages and more. Try a crawfish and snow crab combo with kimchi lime sauce, or a lobster and shrimp combo with pickled pepper seasoning. Other menu items include meat, seafood and veggie skewers, in addition to rice dishes such as Chinese-style etouffee, which is a Cajun stew.
With a five-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp so far, Le Sia is on its way to developing a local fan base.
