Formerly known as Tomorrow, this revamped restaurant (still under the same ownership) serves a similar menu of Northern Chinese and Sichuan fare while expanding its offerings and ditching Tomorrow's fast-casual concept.
On the menu, you can expect dumplings filled with lamb or pork, spicy noodle soups, braised pork belly over rice, fish dishes and an assortment of "Chinese tacos" featuring a variety of fillings. Chubby Princess also boasts a full drink list with beer, wine and cocktails.
With a four-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, Chubby Princess is on its way to developing a local fan base.
Mike C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 13, wrote, "I just tried an excellent mapo tofu with rice for 10 bucks, which was very satisfying and an excellent deal. I'll definitely be back soon to try more."
